FAQ – Rebate Program

Q – How does it work?
A – You scheduled your recycling pickup like normal, after the items have been picked up you use your receipt number to request your recycling rebate on the Appliance Recycling Rebate page. 

Q – How do you qualify?
A – To qualify you need to recycle an appliance that is eligible for the rebate program. 

Q – When will I get my Payment?
A – All rebate payments are paid electronically within 21 days.

Q – What if I don’t have a PayPal email address?
A – You will receive an email from PayPal to claim your rebate at which time you can signup for a PayPal account.

Q – Does the appliance have to bee in a working condition?
A – No the appliance does not have to be in a working condition to receive a rebate as long as it the appliance is eligible for rebate.  

Q – PayPal say that I can’t claim the rebate why is that?
A – All unclaimed rebates will expire after 30 days, this is not our choice but rather the way PayPal works
