Who in the world would want to pay for computer recycling? Let’s face it nobody wants to pay to have their old, used computers and monitors recycled; you just paid a fortune to have it replaced! Believe it or not some people would rather throw it in the garbage than pay somebody to recycle it for them.

We understand, but we really care about the environment and know what damage these items can do if they end up in landfills. Therefore we have simplified the whole computer recycling process for you.

  • We will recycle many of your items for free. Please see our Computer Recycling Prices
  • We charge only a nominal fee to handle monitors, TV's and a few other items, as they are costly to recycle. Please see our Computer Recycling Fee
  • You may drop your items, that you want to recycle, off at our warehouse after paying online. No items will be accepted without proof of Online Payment.
  • However, to make things easier for you, we can dispatch a truck to your location (business or residential) to pick up your recycled items for as low as $15. This price will vary according to the distance that our truck has to travel to pick up your items (These calculations are based upon Zip Codes)

Please return to the top of this page to find out exactly how much it will cost to get your items picked as well as the cost per item (lots of items have no individual cost)

What do we do with the Computers?
Some of the components in the computer systems are removed and reused to repair / upgrade other computers, which are then re-sold or donated to schools, churches and other non profit agencies that don't require "state of the art" systems. The metal, copper, aluminum, steel, and plastic are recycled appropriately

Did you know that 95% of old computers end up in our precious landfill's? This is extremely hazardous in terms of water contamination and a variety of other looming problems. So to throw an old computer in the garbage is simply irresponsible.
We at Security-Tek pride ourselves in the fact that we reprocess and re-uses nearly 80% of all the components in the systems that most people are ready to throw away.

Now that you have the facts it is up to you to decide what you want to do with that old computer. Let me urge you one more time to not just throw your old computer equipment in the dumpster. We need your help to keep our landfills clean and free of electronic waste.

Whether your organization is a church, school, or commercial business; whether you have only one computer or five hundred computers to recycle; we will pick it up and haul it away. No job is too big or too small for us.

The bottom line: We want to make the process as easy as possible for you, so that you too can join in the effort of keeping our landfills free from hazardous electronic equipment.
